We’ve enjoyed the food and service at Cilantro’s for about 3 years. We keep coming back because the service is exceptional; the food is fresh; and the atmosphere is clean. If you’re visiting the Golden Isles it’s well-worth a visit. If you’re local, you already know it’s good! Sorry y’all for sharing the secret, but I thought those coming from points elsewhere needed to know about this Saint Simon’s gem.

Taco Tuesday is tremendous.
Chips and salsa are very good. Taco Tuesday plate is a great deal and half priced regular margaritas are excellent. Service is average with food bring above average for Mexican fare. Outdoor patio is very nice for outdoor casual dining.
Lunch is a very busy time. I order different meals to try everything they offer. Today I enjoyed the crazy chicken. The service offered by the staff and the quality of food the island location is superior to Cilantro in Brunswick Georgia. I can promise that you will not regret dinning here.
